1. Cancellation Policy
(A) For cancellation you can get in touch with “Shaarei Mizrah” Customer Care as soon as possible replaying your confirmation email or email email@example.com
(B) Cancellation allowed up to 72 hours before the event
(C) Bookings once placed & processed through “shaareimizrah.ae” may not be canceled or refunded if less then 72 hours before the event.
2. Refund Policy
(A) Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
(B) Refunds will be done within 30 days from cancellation date.
(A) All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
(B) The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
(C) We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in USD (or any other agreed currency).
4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
(A) Any booking, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
